Primary Purpose:
Maintain, audit, and manage day to day processing of all employee data (organizational updates, salary changes, and terminations) in SAP HCM. Answer employee inquiries within a timely manner. Align with HR Business Partners to provide guidance on workforce and integrations support. Manage and develop HR service process improvements. Enters and maintains Position data in HCM.Create and run Ad:Hoc HCM reports for various groups.
:Research and respond to employee and manager inquiries, understanding and applying HR Policy to address issues.
:Provide employee guidance based on understanding of HR Policy to ensure compliance.
:Independently research employee inquiries to identify proper method of handling and make recommendations when applicable. Prioritize and manage incoming requests.
:Align with HR Business Partners
:Create positions aligned with company organization structure in HCM. Apply understanding of the organization structure to make recommendations to requestor to resolve issues
:Update organizational management, personal data, and employee changes into HCM timely and accurately. Ability to identify and correct inaccuracies based on knowledge of organization.
Education/Experience/Training:
:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or relevant subject field of study
:
3:5 years experience in Human Resources or related field
Specialized Knowledge/Skills:

Advanced Excel skills
:
Understanding of auditing documentation
:
Excellent data entry and typing skills
:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
:
Ability to prioritize and handle diverse workload
:
Strong organizational and time management skills
:
Analytical mindset
:
Ability to work effectively with inter:department teams and to encourage strong working relationships.

Excellent customer service skills at all levels of management.

Excellent organization skills and proven attention to detail.
